 I aim to dispatch Candles and Soaps within 5 working days and Craft Items within 1-2 working days from receipt of cleared payment. If you pay by Postal Order or Cheque, please allow time for the payment to clear.

Please contact us before returning any items, we will do our best to try and resolve any issues.

Candles, Soaps and Craft Items

We offer a full money back guarantee on these items. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition they were received within 7 days of receipt. Postage and Packing charges cannot be refunded. Please obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning your item.

Personalised Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns on personalised items unless there has been an error in spelling which was our doing (and not due to incorrect spelling by the customer) or the goods are faulty. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

You must contact us before returning these items.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and will remain responsible for any or all returned goods until they reach us. Please obtain a proof of postage certificate when returning any part of your order.

Unfortunately we cannot refund P&P charges incurred for returns.
